Durante un tiempo considerable, me he cuestionado el automatismo con el que transcurren mis días. Siento que gran parte de mi vida avanza en “piloto automático”. Sin un proyecto de vida definido, me resulta difícil visualizar un horizonte claro.
En las últimas semanas, he fortalecido la idea de adoptar una filosofía que integre todos los aspectos de mi vida: mis pasiones y mis intereses. Creo firmemente que es fundamental ordenar mis ideas y estructurarlas en un método que se convierta en la base de mi existencia. Un conjunto de normas y acuerdos pactados conmigo mismo que me permitan tomar decisiones y actuar en coherencia con mis principios y con lo que soy en esencia.
Inspirado por el pensamiento clásico y la sabiduría de algunos filósofos, he encontrado una “filosofía de vida” que me esforzaré por implementar. Basada en los tres pilares fundamentales de la vida: cuerpo, mente y alma, y en la frase:

Escrita por Juvenal, esta idea trasciende el tiempo y las palabras. Resume un modo de vida que se ha practicado desde la antigüedad: la salud del cuerpo —mediante la alimentación y el deporte— fortalece la salud de la mente —con pensamientos activos y positivos—, lo que, a su vez, fomenta una salud del alma más plena y tranquila. Una vida en paz, fundamentada en principios claros.
Guiar mi vida bajo este pensamiento implica un cambio profundo: replantear hábitos, decir “NO” a lo que no me beneficia, y encontrar la motivación para que esta mentalidad se fortalezca día a día. Además, sé que rodearme de personas que compartan estos valores y pasiones será clave en este camino.
Siento que he encontrado una razón verdadera, un sentido profundo para vivir: construir un “yo” saludable en todos los sentidos. Esto no solo fortalecerá mis ideas, sino también mi confianza y mi seguridad ante cualquier circunstancia. Al actuar desde una mentalidad clara y un espíritu firme, todo aspecto externo de mi vida se concretará de la mejor manera. Seré auténtico: pensar como yo, actuar como yo, vivir como yo.
Esta filosofía de vida abarcará todo: desde mis reflexiones e ideas, hasta mi forma de hablar, vestir y actuar. Mi trayecto está enfocado en que mi cuerpo será el reflejo de mi alma, en completa armonía.
